Low-cost entry level fully automatic vertical form fill seal, automatic vertical form fill seal, packing machine with electrical and pneumatic operation. Robust construction using quality engineered materials, operator friendly providing increased output and reduced costs. Two pneumatic cylinders create the horizontal seal and vertical seal by moving the sealing jaws and vertical seal into the packaging film, one pneumatic cylinder controls a moving carriage which determines the length of your pack. The electrics are controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and the heaters are controlled by OMRON temperature controls.
This is a low-cost, entry level, fully automatic vertical form fill seal packing machine with pneumatic and electrical operation. Its robust construction and easy operation allows for increased efficiency and output whilst reducing costs and human error.
