FIBC (Big Bag) Discharging

Autopak's Bulk Bag Discharge systems are fully customizable depending on the customer's application. As standard the Bulk Bag Discharge system comes with; - Frame - Crucible (fork truck lifting) - Clean box, to open bags without leaking product For difficult products we can supply corner massage units and a device that stretches the bag as the weight gets lower. We can include a hoist loading system so there is no need for a fork lift truck. The Bulk Bag Discharge system can be positioned above a conveyor belt, auger or aeromechanical conveyor to take the product away. The system can also be mounted above a bag filling machine, such as a Valve Sack Packer or Gross Weigher. Product can be dosed from the bulk bag using a loss in weight system. Load cells are mounted to the frame with a flow control device offering a coarse and fine feed for accurate filling.
