Heavy Duty Vertical Band Sealer
KEY FEATURES
This SV30USD-HD is a semi-automatic machine where the operator feeds a bag or pouch into the continuous band mechanism where they are moved along and sealed with heat and pressure. This is the heavy duty version of the SV30USD machine; it can handle bags and pouches of much greater size and weight.
- Left to right operation as standard (right to left built to order)
- AISI 304 stainless steel construction
- Twin 15mm Seal width as standard
- 88mm deep throat sealing head (for handled bags or pouches)
- Motorised height adjustment up & down push button control
- Independent conveyor for bags up to 25kg / 550mm in height
- Variable temperature control (up to 400°C with quick cool down mode)
- Variable speed control (conveyor & sealer synchronized speeds)
- Stainless steel protection plates running through sealer prevents contaminants falling on seal area
- Guide strip on conveyor belt to guarantee belt alignment
- Adjustable rear and front bag side guides with bag roller rest
- Lockable casters and height adjustable feet
