Our Workflow
We support you from concept to completion
Call Us
We will discuss your requirements, understand your product and desired end product (filled bag etc.). How are you doing it at the moment, want to improve processes? Arrange a visit (us to you)
We visit you
The best way to understand what you are doing is to visit your site and look at your current processes and product. Give you the confidence that we understand your challenge.
What are you restrictions? Space, budget, product, throughputVisit us
We are proud of our facilities, arrange a visit to see how we operate and talk through your project in more detail. If we have a similar machine in stock then we can run a trial to show how the end product should turn out.
We trust that visiting us will give you the confidence to proceed with using us to fulfil your requirements.
Estimate
Once we have visited you we can offer a budgetery estimate. This will include an outline of the project, suggested machinery/equipment, lead times and our T&Cs
Draftsman Visit
If you are comfortable with the estimate then we will arrange for our draftsman to visit and take more accurate measurements/drawings. This doesn't usually affect the estimate, allows us to more accurately start drawing the project.
This step is not always necessary, and may be done after recieving a deposit for the project.Final Quote
If a draftsmen visit is required, we will update the estimate to reflect any changes and create a final quote. This is where we will finalise the specification of the project with the customer and agree next steps i.e Deposit payment
Deposit Payment
This allows us to get started with the project. Any suggested lead times start from the day of deposit payment.
Project Management
Once the deposit is paid, the project will be handed over to a project engineer. They will contact you to introduce themselves and explain the next steps. The PE will keep you up to date on progress and any requirements for sample product/bags for testing.
Factory Acceptance Test
Once the system has been built and tested at our facility, then we will invite you to see it running and learn the basics of how the system runs. You will then sign off the machinery and we will arrange for delivery/installation
Delivery
We will send the machinery to your site using our transport partner. This is dedicated and insured. The customer is responsible for unloading the delivery and moving to the installation location
Installation/Commissioning
Our engineers will install the equipment in the agreed location. This will include full commissioning with product and training for your operators and maintenance team. The engineers will highlight any potential issues to look out for and how to keep the system running efficiently.
Aftercare
We recommend a service after the first 6 months on larger installations. Servicing is advised every 12 months, our engineers will replace any and all wear parts as part of a preventative maintenance plan. Our engineers are available to support with any breakdowns, whether over the phone first line fix or as a callout when required.
Service & Maintenance
We offer servicing and maintenance plans on most systems.
