Our Machines

We manufacture and supply complete automation equipment.

We have a range of machines to pack virtually any product. Our impeller packer will pack extremely fine powders and our shako machine will pack heavy wet materials. Filling is either by weight or volumetric. When using weight we use electronic load cells with a microprocessor weigh controller.

This works on a course feed and fine feed to give extremely accurate weighing. When using volumetric, this is achieved using a vertical auger that is servo driven to give extremely consistent results.

Within our range we can offer a valve sack placer (either conventional or robotic), open top bag placer, ultrasonic sealing (either automatic or semi automatic), auto valve sack tip, open top bag complete control, conveyor systems and robotic palletising.
